Surrounded by nature, join us for a weekend of wellness and intention. Amidst the untouched beauty of Southwest Missouri, enjoy a weekend of glamping, activity and delicious meals. Each will carefully craft an intention which will be woven into the weekends activities. From sunrise meditation to hiking, yoga, time around the table and guided activities, you are certain to elevate your mind, body and spirit, while safely connecting with others.
WEEKEND ITINERARY
Arrive Friday evening at 6pm, unpack and settle in for the weekend. Once all have arrived, we will gather for introductions, information and light bites, followed by an intention setting workshop and gentle yoga practice. This intention will be interwoven into the weekend, creating an individual sacredness for each person attending.
For the early birds, a sunrise meditation will be offered and those who need the extra sleep will join for a light breakfast, coffee and tea before the morning practice. The morning yoga practices on Saturday and Sunday will include movement, breath and meditation and will be followed by a short break and brunch.
On Saturday afternoon, we will take a guided hike and have a bit of free time before dinner. After dinner, continuing to use the set intention, each person will craft a candle that will be used in the evening practice and meditation. Following the evening activities grab a snack, visit, gather ‘round the fire, head to bed early, offer a toast to yourself and fellow Wild Women (BYOB wine and beer), star gaze, head to bed early…the night belongs to you.
As the sun rises on Sunday, the early birds will be meditating to be met by others for a light breakfast and morning practice. After, we will brunch and have our closing circle before packing up and heading back home around 1pm. You are promised to be seen and celebrated, as you take time to focus on what you need unleashing the Wild Woman inside!
