Be intentional with your weekend and start the day with fresh air, hiking, and yoga. As we hike Yellow Rock Trail, we will focus on being fully present and aware of our bodies and surroundings. We will practice a gentle yoga flow at the top of the trail while overlooking the Lee Creek Valley. This 2.7 mile loop will take you through cedar glades and beautiful rock formations with plenty of awe-inspiring moments.
After yoga, we will make our way back down to enjoy a delicious brunch creek side. Brunch will be crafted by the expert chefs at Blake Street House with options of: Chia Seed Pudding, Lox bagel, or Antipasta.
